Last week a ‘fix your own bike’ session was held outside The Mansion as part of a project run by ChangingPace for SEHLI (with funding from Cycling Scotland).

In spite of very heavy showers local youngsters kept arriving all afternoon for bike maintenance.

One 5 year old girl discovered the joy of spanners. A 14 year old boy passed on some of his skills to the others. He mended three punctures in one tube!

More activities are being planned for the future.
